Re-imagining Visitor Centers
Visitor Centers have been under threat from a variety of travel information sources, Everything from brochure racks to an endless number of websites etc. In this paper based on a year long study of California Welcome Centers we outline what we think a visitor center could look like to be effective moving forward.
